This Refund and Replacement Policy outlines our procedures for digital art and print-on-demand products available for international purchase and furniture products available for shipping in the Philippines only.
Refunds and Returns for Digital Art and Print-on-Demand Products
Due to the nature of digital art and print-on-demand products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if there is an issue with the product, such as a damaged or defective file, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us at ideya.decor@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We may request that you provide additional information or evidence, such as a photo or video of the issue.
Refunds and Returns for Furniture Products
If you receive a damaged or defective furniture product, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund. Please inspect your furniture carefully upon delivery and report any issues to the delivery personnel. We recommend that you take photos of any damage or defects and contact us at ideya.decor@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
If you wish to return a furniture product for reasons other than damage or defects, we may accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee will vary depending on the product and will be deducted from your refund. Please contact us at ideya.decor@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns for customized furniture products.
